You may be wondering...

Mannikka in a striped blazer and ripped white jeans speaking into a microphone on stage, captivating her audience.

Hi! My name is Mannikka!

I had my first opportunity to guide and lead a team of educators in 2015 when I was asked to work with new special education teachers in my building.

I loved watching our group uncover and discover more about themselves through the strategies and techniques that I incorporated in through facilitating the discussion.

Now, almost 10 years later, I am grateful to have the opportunity to reach more educators who are looking on growing and expanding by doing the same!
